Bone graft takes about 3 to 6 months to heal. At this stage, we do not recommend extreme or strenuous exercises but simple mobility exercises to keep you flexible will do.
You may need to wait for a little more time just to achieve complete healing of your bone graft. Meanwhile, pool exercises can be an ideal way to maintain the range of motion of your hips. It can also strengthen your muscles as water provides great resistance to movement.
