Fibromyalgia is a disorder characterized by widespread musculoskeletal pain accompanied by fatigue, sleep, memory and mood issues. The hip flexors program will help with your pain and tightness in the hips as this program facilitates stretching of the muscles. Please note that stretching exercises are helpful when muscles and joints are tight. At first, exercise may increase your pain. But doing it gradually and regularly often decreases symptoms. Other appropriate exercises may include walking, swimming, biking and water aerobics. Good posture and relaxation exercises also are helpful.
In doing the exercises, it is important that you start it gradually and do not overwork your muscles as people with fibromyalgia are prone to fatigue.
In relation to peripheral neuropathy, we cannot be certain if this program will help with your condition. Please note that in addressing this condition, you need to focus on the root cause which is nerve irritation in the small branches of a larger nerve like sciatic nerve.
