The Unlock Your Hip Flexors program will definitely help when you have tight psoas, hamstrings, and iliacus issues. Please note this program addresses the tightness of these muscles. However, we cannot be certain as to what extent is the impact of this program to piriformis and QL. Though it may indirectly activate these muscles, the effect of this program may not be significant. You may still need to use a program specifically addressing these muscles.
