There are effective stretches for scoliosis. A stretch depends on the side of the curvature and you should do the stretch on the side where the spine bends. So if the spine bends to the right side, your stretch should focus on the muscles at the right because it is where the tightness is present. These tight muscles pull the spine creating that abnormal curvature.
