It depends on what is causing limited mobility or hypomobility. If hypomobility is due to tight hip flexor muscles, then the Unlock Your Hip Flexors program is recommended. However, if hypomobility is caused by joint stiffness, we do not recommend doing these exercises. Joint stiffness can be caused by other conditions like arthritis, bursitis, or labral tear, therefore stretching the joints may not be suitable.
