The Unlock Your Hip Flexors program may or may not address the misalignment of your hip joint. Depending on the nature of misalignment. If it is caused by tight flexor muscles like the psoas, then most likely you will benefit from this program. Please note that when there is muscle imbalance, our spine will always adjust itself to compensate, to maintain an upright posture. However, this compensatory movement of the spine jeopardizes its normal curve that is why you may feel some twisting. Another reason may be some structural changes in your spine (i.e. spondylolisthesis) or hip (i.e. dislocation, hypermobility) and can only be validated through X-rays or MRI. It is best to have it assessed by a doctor for proper diagnosis and management before engaging in any exercises.
