This is what I suggest:
- Try ordering it in a different browser, we suggest you use Chrome or FireFox web browsers.
- Try to reboot your computer and then order it again.
- Try to order it on a computer compared to a tablet or smart phone.
- Clean out your trash, update everything on your device and reboot it.
