This is what I suggest:
- Try viewing the videos in a different browser, we suggest you us Chrome or FireFox web browsers.
- Try to reboot your computer and then view the videos again
- Try viewing them on a computer compared to a tablet or smart phone
- Clean out your trash, update everything on your device and reboot it
- Please remember that the password is case sensitive. Make sure that you type in the password correctly.
